This role seamlessly blends top-notch sales strategies with an in-depth understanding of our diverse product offerings.
Your Responsibilities:
- Cultivate lasting customer relationships through personalized, high-touch experiences in-store and online.
- Deliver expert knowledge on our range of jewelry, ensuring clients make informed, joyful choices.
- Generate engaging video content for social media to showcase our collections.
- Meet and exceed sales targets across multiple channels, optimizing both in-person and online touchpoints.
- Maintain a pristine showroom and up-to-date inventory.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma (required).
- Proven track record in retail sales, particularly in fine jewelry or luxury goods.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with tablet-based POS systems and familiarity with Shopify (preferred).
- Willingness to work during peak retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A customer-first mindset and results-driven attitude.
Physical Requirements:
- Role involves prolonged periods of standing and walking.
- Must be comfortable using a range of technology, including POS systems.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
