Are you passionate about luxury retail and fine jewelry? Jeffrey, The Jewel of Asheville, is in search of a dedicated Jewelry Concierge to elevate our customer experience to unparalleled heights.

 

This role seamlessly blends top-notch sales strategies with an in-depth understanding of our diverse product offerings.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate lasting customer relationships through personalized, high-touch experiences in-store and online.
  • Deliver expert knowledge on our range of jewelry, ensuring clients make informed, joyful choices.
  • Generate engaging video content for social media to showcase our collections.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets across multiple channels, optimizing both in-person and online touchpoints.
  • Maintain a pristine showroom and up-to-date inventory.

 

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma (required).
  • Proven track record in retail sales, particularly in fine jewelry or luxury goods.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with tablet-based POS systems and familiarity with Shopify (preferred).
  • Willingness to work during peak retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • A customer-first mindset and results-driven attitude.

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Role involves prolonged periods of standing and walking.
  • Must be comfortable using a range of technology, including POS systems.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
