Purchases are final.  Each piece is beautifully handcrafted specifically for you. This is why sale, discounted, custom/altered/personalized items are non returnable.  Please read all product descriptions carefully. My order arrived damaged

If your order is damaged upon delivery you must contact us within 48 hours by filling out the form on this page. Please attach and upload photos of the damaged item. Once we have been properly notified the item will be returned to us so we may repair it for you.

My order doesn’t fit, what do I do?

If you ordered a bracelet or necklace and need to have the length adjusted please fill out the form on this page so we can assist you further.
