The Byzantium Diamond Bracelet in 18k Gold is a part of our Ancient Future® collection and features a penannular flat-section bracelet with beast-head finials and 1.71cts stunning diamonds set with radiating knops, engraved saltires, and pellets. This piece was designed as an homage to the tradition of engraved metal jewelry and illustrates the style of pieces that were worn by Eastern Europe’s aristocracy in the early Middle Ages. Revisited with a modern outlook, its incised pellets can be set with a precious selection of luminous gemstones.

A perfect example of late Eastern Roman fashion, the Byzantium Bracelet features stylized decorative animal motifs and geometric figures directly engraved on a large band of precious metal. All the engraving work was made by hand with an iron tip.
